How to get started

To become a TELE2 private customer you can visit any of the TELE2 shops to sign a contract with TELE2 or call us 1861 (in Lithuania).

Important:

• Contract on telecommunications services (PDF)
• Service provision terms (PDF)
• When you come to sign your contract please bring along your personal ID (passport, personal identification card or your driver's licence in the new format).
• Before providing campaign offers the operator may want to check whether you are an employed/ income earning person. If you’re a pensioner, you’ll have to provide your pensioner’s ID.
• When concluding contracts on the phone or over the Internet, you'll have to provide your personal information (full name, billing address and personal number). All these data are required to conclude the contract.
